so iwas wondering first of all do leopard geckos need uvb light and 2nd how do u heat a a tub seems like a heat mat would melt the plastic
they dont need uv lighting. And the heat tape doesnt melt the tub if you keep it at the right temps.
hey how many leopard geckos you think would fit combfortably in a 20 Gallon long?
Oh and is it safe to just add the new gecko who is just a bit smaller than my adults in with my 2 adult females in the same day i get him/her?(watch my vids if you want to see my 2 adults)
a undertank heating padon 1 side of the tank
actually it needs 3 hides. a warm a cool and a humid. you make the humid one and thats the one they use for shedding since its humid it makes it much easier for them

what are the mesurments of a 16 quart tub
I was just wondering about the humid hideout, i read that the skin cud have trouble peeling off around the geckos feet and can form tight bands cutting off circulation and making a toe or something die and fall off, is it true? and a humid hideout is ment to make it easier for a gecko to shed?
